I first started studying the healing arts in 1998 when I enrolled in the Polarity Healing Arts school. Adjacent to this I began my studies in Astrology.
Cranial Sacral Unwinding became my next study and following this I completed the Master level Reiki training.
I was introduced to the I Ching by my astrology teacher. I hold the highest reverence for this ancient oracle and consider it to be one of my main guidance tools.
In 2001 I got involved in Equine Therapy. Since then my herd has grown to six horses.
My horses have pushed me into being an accountable leader. Stepping into this position has transformed my life. Horses demand the highest level of authenticity from us as humans, anything less than this is of no interest to them.
In 2004 I discovered Bert Hellingers Family Constellation Therapy.
I was so impressed by this work that I was inspired to promote other Family Constellation facilitators.
In 2008 I decided to take Francesca Borings Constellation training in Alta Dena.
Currently I am facilitating Family Constellation groups and individual sessions in the Los Angeles area.
I feel fully resourced and in a position to help others with the skills I have learned over the years. Below is a summery of each healing art that I offer.

We are born from the water environment inside our mothers womb.
As we emerge into the air we are impacted by the energy of the planets, in astrology this relates to our birth or natal chart.
This chart can be viewed as a blueprint for our life. We can see our potential as well as our challenges in life.
Astrology as a language encompasses everything and is not based on any religion.
Astrology is an ancient art based on the constellations of the stars in the sky and the movement of the planets. Through time astrologers have been consulted to help with political and personal matters.
Astrology reminds us that life is constantly moving and changing.
As above so below.
When we are going through crisis astrology lets us know there is always the opportunity for change and transformation.
I have practiced therapeutic astrology for the past decade.
I am able to define what is going on astrologically in someones chart and find the relief point or area in which the client can focus on in order to move through difficult times.

A private horses session involves coming to the Silver Horse Healing Ranch in Topanga and having an encounter of some kind with a horse.
I use my skills in Reiki, Polarity Therapy and Cranial Sacral Unwinding during the session.
(Working energetically as opposed to hands on).
By partnering with the client, the horse empowers the client by reflecting what is of importance to them in their healing journey.

A bodywork table session involves the client laying fully clothed on a massage table.
In a typical table session I integrate Polarity Therapy ( energy balancing),
Cranial Sacral Unwinding (unwinding tissue) and Reiki
(powerful healing energy transmitted through me to the client).
I use high grade essential oils (plant medicine) to assist in the healing.
I am able to focus on what the client needs and use my skills accordingly.
Table sessions help integrate the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies of the client.

Constellation Therapy has evolved from the work of Bert Hellinger.
A private Constellation session involves using props or drawings to represent
you, the problem, the solution, resources and in the case of a Family Constellation, family members.
The client navigates their way through the process by placing and moving props. One gains insight through the body by standing in each position.
We have all the information we need within us.

Using the ancient oracle, I Ching (book of changes) guidance is given concerning the issue at hand. I have been using the I Ching as a personal guidance tool for many years, I can safely say it has always given me the perfect advice at the perfect time.
The I Ching is based on the cycles of nature.
In a session I help the client formulate and align themselves with the question.
The client throws three coins six times. This relates to a hexagram which corresponds to a page in the I Ching book ( I use the I ching workbook by R.L. Wing).
