| This contract is between ...................... Who is the parent of (child or children's names) ............................................... participating in S.H.H.R.'s Children's Horse Class Series with Sara Vaughan R.P.P. Equine and staff of Silver Horse Healing Ranch.
1) I understand and agree to the terms listed below:
2) Fees are paid in advance.
3) SHHR does not issue monetary refunds. (After first class of series.)
4) No transfers of classes allowed.
5) Children must be able to take direction from Sara Vaughan or any other staff member working or volunteering for SHHR. SHHR has the right to refuse services to anyone if the safety of children, parents, SHHR facilitators, horses, residents of 1711 and 1715 Sylvania Lane is compromised in any way by the behavior of the client.
6) In the event of rain, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled at the end of the planned series. Parents will be notified by email the day prior class regarding cancellation due to rain. The class will go ahead even if it is raining in other areas but not in Topanga.
7) Every client participating in this Children's Horse Class Series must sign a release form.
8) Every child must wear a helmet when riding a horse.
