Too much external stimuli can be overwhelming and can cause anxiety.
Horses create a calm grounded atmosphere. Their generous spirit and connectedness to the earth influences everyone around them in a positive way.
As the horse moves in a fluid walk the client on top of the horse feels supported.
The movement of the horse rocks the client gently and engages their pelvic area.
The client learns to use both sides of their body in order to stay balanced on the horse.
