Table Top Constellation is derived from the Family Constellation therapy developed by Bert Hellinger. It condenses a constellation session to a small area, such as a table top, using random objects as representatives. It is the perfect model for 1:1 sessions.
This method makes facilitating and receiving Family Constellation sessions highly versatile, as it can be practiced either in person or online.
Here’s how it begins:
Table Top Constellations use simple objects—figures, stones, cards—to represent the elements of a system. It’s quiet, focused, and precise.
What surprises most people is how alive the field becomes—even with everyday objects. The body knows. The soul knows. We’re just giving it form.
In this work, I help clients track the deeper layers of an issue—not the story on the surface, but the structure beneath it. Through guided placements and inquiry, we begin to see what’s really moving. Often, that changes everything.
In a Table Top Constellation session, you will work one-on-one with Sara in a supportive and confidential online setting. Using a tabletop and a selection of random objects from your immediate environment, you’ll create a visual representation of your intention or question-whether it relates to relationships, work, health, or another area of your life.
Sara will guide you through the process, inviting you to select and place objects spontaneously to represent different elements or people connected to your intention. As the session unfolds, Sara will help you explore the dynamics and relationships revealed by the arrangement. Through gentle inquiry and observation, new perspectives and insights can emerge, often leading to greater clarity, understanding, and resolution.
No prior experience is necessary. All you need is an open mind, a stable camera setup, and a willingness to engage with the process.
