Advanced Facilitation in Family Constellations
This live online training is for facilitators who are ready to go deeper. Together we’ll explore the subtle places where our own stories, opinions, and biases can leak into the work, and how to return to a clean, steady stance. Across six weeks we’ll look at boundaries, projections, the nature of the field, and the complexities of modern families, including donor conception and gender diversity. Each class is a mix of teaching and rich dialogue, with optional practices offered between sessions to help you integrate the material into your own way of facilitating.
Each class includes teaching, facilitation practice, and space for case discussion and supervision, offering practical support as you continue developing your own way of facilitating.
This advanced training is designed for those who already have a solid foundation in constellation work. If you’ve completed my eight-month course, worked with me in mentorship, or are actively facilitating, you’re warmly welcome to join.
Course Overview
4/18/26 — The Facilitator’s Inner Stance
Recognizing when personal opinions, emotional reactions, or the urge to help begin to steer a constellation, and learning to return to a steady, neutral stance.
Neutrality is not the absence of opinion, but the discipline not to impose it.
4/25/26 — Boundaries in Facilitation
Learning to hold clear boudaries as a facilitator whwhile staying upright and not favoring, rescuing, or compensating for any part of the system.
Boundaries protect the dignity of the work.
5/2/26 — A Deeper Awareness of the Field
Developing the capacity to perceive and stay with what is emerging in a constellation without rushing to interpretation or explanation.
Awareness means staying with what is.
5/9/26 — Navigating Complex Family Systems
Applying systemic principles in modern family structures, including donor conception, reconstructed families, and gender diversity.
Every child belongs to two lineages. Our task is to bring those lineages into view.
5/16/26 — Projections & Authority in Facilitation
Learning to recognize when clients cast you as savior, parent, or persecutor, and returning to systemic neutrality.
Projections are inevitable — the facilitator remains in their role.
5/23/26 — Developing Confidence as a Facilitator
Bringing the advanced lessons together with ethics, humility, and clarity about your ongoing path as a facilitator.
Confidence grows through practice, reflection, and experience.
