Advanced Family Constellation online course

Holding systemic truth without softening, judging, or steering.

This live online training is for facilitators who are ready to go deeper. Together we’ll explore the subtle places where our own stories, opinions, and biases can leak into the work — and how to return to a clean, steady stance. Across six weeks we’ll look at boundaries, projections, the nature of the field, and the complexities of modern families, including donor conception and gender diversity. Each class is a mix of teaching and rich dialogue, with optional practices offered between sessions to help you integrate the material into your own way of facilitating.

This advanced training is designed for those who already have a solid foundation in constellation work. If you’ve completed my eight-month course, worked with me in mentorship, or are actively facilitating, you’re warmly welcome to join.

Course Overview

4/18/26 — Facilitator Hygiene & Signal Integrity
Recognizing where personal opinions or history leak into constellations, and learning to hold a clean, neutral stance.
Neutrality is not the absence of opinion, but the discipline not to impose it.

4/25/26 — Boundaries in Facilitation
Clarifying what constellations are — and are not — while staying upright against favoritism, political pressure, or overcompensation.
Boundaries protect the dignity of the work.

5/2/26 — A Deeper Awareness of the Field
Exploring how projection and bias influence perception, and practicing ways to stay clear, phenomenological, and neutral.
Awareness means staying with what is, not shaping what we want.

5/9/26 — Working with Systemic Complexities
Applying systemic principles in modern family structures, including donor conception, reconstructed families, and gender diversity.
Every child belongs to two lineages. Our task is to bring those lineages into view.

5/16/26 — Projections & Authority as the Facilitator
Learning to recognize when clients or students cast you as savior, parent, or persecutor, and returning to systemic neutrality.
Projections are inevitable — the task is to feel the pull and return to neutrality.

5/23/26 — Integration & Practitioner Development
Bringing the advanced lessons together with ethics, humility, and clarity about your ongoing path as a facilitator.
Advanced facilitation is less about technique, more about the clarity of your stance.
