Family Constellations Group Session: Break Free from Generational Patterns

Many of the challenges we face—whether in relationships, career, health, or emotions—can have their roots not only in our personal experiences but in the unresolved traumas of our family system. Family Constellations is a unique group process that reveals and helps release hidden dynamics often passed down unconsciously from one generation to the next.

Developed by Bert Hellinger, this method allows us to explore how loyalties, losses, or unspoken pain in our family history may be shaping our present lives in ways we don’t fully understand. A participant presents an issue, and others are invited to stand in as representatives. Through this embodied “field,” deep insights often emerge—revealing what has been carried and what’s ready to be let go.

You don’t need to bring your family or know your full history.
The process works beyond words, often accessing a deeper truth that brings clarity, compassion, and healing.

Everyone in the group plays a role—whether representing, witnessing, or receiving their own constellation.
It is a shared journey that often touches something meaningful in each participant.

No experience is necessary—just your presence and openness.
